For those of you wondering what to do this holiday weekend why not consider joining Ideal Bite’s Eco Book club? In June the book club will be reading The Green Collar Economy by Van Jones.
If you are new to Van Jones you have a treat in store. Check out the website of the organization that he set up prior to becoming part of the new order at the White House as Special Advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, greenforall.org. Mr. Jones was also voted TIME Magazine’s 2008 Environmental Hero (oh and did I mention he is very easy on the eye?!).
