Candice Brokenshire SMC-C, CPCC
Candice is a Certified Coach having trained at both The Coaches Training Institute and The Center for Right Relationship and is certified as a Stress Management Consultant through the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals. Prior to founding Red Barn Coaching and The Red Barn Cooperative Candice served on the U.S board of directors for an international branding and experiential design consultancy. Today she continues to work with businesses to identify their values & brand essence and collaborates with them to align identity, tone of voice, culture, policies and company operations to gain a more consistent and significant presence in the marketplace.
Candice is a member of the International Coach Federation; serving as 2009 Publications Director for the Orange County chapter. She obtained her Bsc. honors psychology degree in Great Britain and is proud to be a California State Certified Advocate for those affected by domestic violence.
Penny Collins CPCC
Penny trained and certified as a Co-Active Coach at The Coaches Training Institute. Originally from Calgary, Canada is where her many years of working for non profit youth organizations began. Penny threw herself at the opportunity to lead an educational initiative in Europe and continued with the nonprofit groove for 11 years traveling extensively. On her return to the United States, Penny settled in California becoming a massage therapist; working in Occupational Therapy. She also followed her passion for horses training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and shortly after leveraged her entrepreneurial spirit to set up her own company in Julian.
Penny is ‘partner-in-nourishment’ at Red Barn Coaching.
